Shipping

All online orders are processed and shipped within 72hours. Our team will notify you if there are problems with an order.  

All deliveries are with Australian Post, or any other similar Australian operated courier service and ship to all of Australia except Christmas Island. Your order will ship from our Warehouse in Western Australia WA 6112. If you would like more specific delivery time frames please refer to the carrier websites: https://auspost.com.au,

No deliveries will be made on weekends or holidays within each state.

Trawell Australia 

A flat rate shipping fee of AUD10 for all orders throughout Australia.

This shipping rate covers standard shipping throughout Australia with a delivery time frame of 2-10 business days depending on where you are in Australia.

We will charge a shipping fee of AUD15 if customer exchange the product for a change of mind or any reason not comply our quality or return policy

Order Status & Tracking

We use courier service, Australia Post,or similar one . An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam or junk mailbox before reaching out to us.
